Abivax to present Phase 3 ABTECT-Maintenance ulcerative colitis trial data on obefazimod at UEG Week 2026

Abivax said seven abstracts on obefazimod for ulcerative colitis are scheduled for presentation at UEG Week 2026 on Oct. 17-20. The disclosures include Phase 3 ABTECT-Maintenance results, which the company said are intended to reinforce the drug’s efficacy and safety profile in moderate-to-severe disease, alongside Phase 3 induction analyses, longer-term Phase 2 follow-up and preclinical work suggesting anti-fibrotic activity.
