1. Contract Overview
ABM has been selected by Vanderbilt University to deliver its end-to-end ABM Performance Solutions program at the university’s new 150,000-square-foot campus in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, overseeing the renovation, startup and ongoing maintenance phases at the historic General Theological Seminary site.
2. Scope of Operations
Under the APS model, ABM will provide a comprehensive suite of services including cleaning, maintenance, engineering, landscaping, EV charging infrastructure, energy savings initiatives, waste and recycling management, and subcontract oversight for HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators and pest control.

This partnership expands ABM’s footprint in the higher-education sector, adding to its portfolio of over 200 colleges and universities and leveraging its $8 billion annual revenue and 100,000-member workforce to bolster recurring facility management services.
