Acadia reported Phase 3-enabling topline results from the Phase 2 RADIANT study of remlifanserin in Alzheimer’s disease psychosis. The higher dose showed a modest efficacy signal, while the lower dose offered little benefit. Safety was broadly comparable to placebo, with no new concerns flagged for heart rhythm, motor function or cognition. Two ongoing Phase 3 studies will continue, with the program amended to drop the lower-dose arm.
