Accel promotes Stan Guidroz to chief operating officer
Accel promoted Toucan Gaming CEO Stan Guidroz to chief operating officer, effective July 14, 2026.
Guidroz has led Accel’s Louisiana subsidiary since 2021; previously ran Louisiana operations at Jacobs Entertainment, including Cash Magic truck stop casinos.
President Mark Phelan will drop the COO title; he remains president, slated to become chief executive officer in August 2026.
Chief Compliance Officer Derek Harmer will leave his role effective March 31, 2027; he will join the gaming Compliance Committee on April 1, 2027.
