ACCO Brands agreed to buy Trust, a Netherlands-based computer and gaming accessories provider, from Egeria.
Trust generates about USD 100 million in annual revenue, and ACCO said the deal is expected to be modestly accretive to adjusted EPS in 12 months.
Pro forma peripherals sales and synergies
Technology peripherals sales are projected to approach USD 500 million annually on a pro forma basis following the transaction.
ACCO is targeting cost synergies of USD 5 million to USD 8 million within 18 months of closing.
