ACI Worldwide agreed to buy Cranium Ventures, adding cloud-native, microservices-based card switching technology to ACI Connetic for Cards.
The deal brings Cranium’s SYNAP switching framework, accelerating ACI’s roadmap to deliver card switching capabilities sooner.
