ACMR•First production and evaluation orders for Ultra ECP ap-p
ACM Research received two orders for its Ultra ECP ap-p horizontal panel-level electroplating tool, including its first production order for the platform.
- Production order: one 510 × 515 mm system for an existing advanced packaging customer in mainland China; delivery scheduled for H1 2027.
- Evaluation order: one 310 × 310 mm system for a new panel-manufacturer customer in Asia; delivery scheduled for Q4 2026.
