Acorn Energy acquired the remaining 1% stake in OmniMetrix, taking full ownership of its main operating subsidiary.
The deal was paid for with 25,096 newly issued common shares issued to former OmniMetrix CEO Walter Czarnecki.
Share count rose to 2,534,714 outstanding, simplifying reporting by eliminating non-controlling interest.
Non-controlling interest reduced 2025 net income by $34,000, about $0.01 per share.
