Q2 loss narrows as expenses decline
Acrivon Therapeutics posted a Q2 net loss of $18 million, narrowing from $21 million a year earlier.
- R&D expense fell to $13.8 million from $16.2 million, on non-recurring ACR-368 milestone costs booked in 2025.
- G&A expense declined to $4.8 million from $6.5 million, driven by lower employee-related costs including stock-based compensation.
