Sphere Entertainment FY26 net income rises 77% to $66.19 million; revenue climbs 13% to $1.06 billion

Sphere Entertainment posted net income of $66.19 million, up 77% from fiscal 2025, as operating income rose 16% to $141.54 million.

Revenue increased 13% to $1.06 billion, driven by a 14% climb in entertainment offerings to $810.13 million.

Food, beverage and merchandise revenue rose 9% to $164.41 million, while arena license fees and other leasing revenue increased 8% to $86.25 million.

Selling, general and administrative expense grew 18% to $253.11 million on higher compensation and benefits, with restructuring charges rising to $13.99 million.

Adjusted operating income, a non-GAAP metric, rose 18% to $262.18 million.
