Acurx enrolled the first patient in PATHFINDER, a Phase 2 study evaluating ibezapolstat in multiply recurrent C. difficile infection. The study will assess whether treatment clears infection and reduces repeat episodes over follow-up, and is designed to support an FDA filing strategy that could rely on one Phase 3 trial if supported by the total data.
