ACV Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $8 million; revenue rises 10% to $214 million

ACV Auctions posted Q2 revenue of USD 214 million, up 10% year over year, as adjusted EBITDA rose to USD 21 million from USD 19 million.
Loss widens, but marketplace metrics remain steady
GAAP net loss widened to USD 8 million, or USD 0.05 per share, from a USD 7 million loss a year earlier.
Marketplace units were 211,472, roughly flat year over year, while marketplace GMV held at USD 2.7 billion.
Management cited market share gains in dealer wholesale, strong adoption of Marketplace Services, and continued expansion of its AI-powered VIPER offering.
Guidance was reaffirmed for 2026 revenue of USD 845 million to USD 855 million, with adjusted EBITDA of USD 73 million to USD 77 million.
