ADGM•Nasdaq deficiency notice for stockholders’ equity shortfall
Adagio Medical received a Nasdaq deficiency notice on Aug. 13, 2026 for failing the $2.5 million minimum stockholders’ equity rule.
Stockholders’ equity was USD -415,000 in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Nasdaq gave 45 days, by Sept. 28, 2026, to submit a compliance plan; an accepted plan could allow up to 180 days to cure.
Failure to win plan acceptance could trigger a delisting determination, with an option to appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel.
