Preliminary six-month results
The company said preliminary six-month revenue is seen at about $79 million, up from about $51 million, a 55% increase.
Preliminary six-month net loss is seen at about $49 million, compared with about $22 million previously.
Form 12b-25 filed for delayed 10-Q
Hyperscale Data filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The company said it plans to file the 10-Q within the SEC’s five-calendar-day extension window.
