ADC Therapeutics’ partner Tanabe Pharma filed for Japanese approval of Zynlonta for patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who have received at least two prior lines of systemic therapy. Phase 1/2 results presented at a Japanese Society of Hematology meeting showed a 58.1% response rate, consistent with global findings, without new safety concerns.
