The firm will handle preparation of an S-1 registration statement, related due diligence, and responses to regulator comments.
Work also covers the Nasdaq listing application, including amendments and comment responses, as the company advances the listing process.
Post-listing support would include ongoing reporting compliance, Section 16 filings, basic 8-K filings, and review of basic press releases.
