ADM Tronics named Klaus Kleinfeld independent non-executive chairman. Kleinfeld previously served as chairman and CEO of Siemens and Alcoa/Arconic. Greg Wasson, former president and CEO of Walgreens Boots Alliance, was appointed a director, and Michael Burychka, former CEO of IP Group's North American business, joined the board effective October 27, 2026.
