Adobe names next CEO and board changes

Adobe named Anil Chakravarthy as its next president and CEO, effective Dec. 1, 2026.

Chakravarthy will join the board on Dec. 1, 2026.

Shantanu Narayen will move to executive chair on Dec. 1, 2026.

Chakravarthy leads Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration business and worldwide field operations.

He previously served as CEO of Informatica, with earlier executive roles at Symantec, VeriSign, and McKinsey.
