Advantage Solutions Q1 Revenues Rise 5.8%, EBITDA Up 16.4%

Advantage Solutions reported Q1 revenues of $869.6M, up 5.8%, and adjusted EBITDA rose 16.4% to $67.7M. Experiential Services revenue surged 22.8% with EBITDA growth of 116.1%, while net loss widened to $71.8M and cash increased to $144M after $131M debt repayment.

1. Q1 Financial Results

Advantage Solutions delivered Q1 revenues of $869.6 million, a 5.8% year-over-year increase, and recorded an adjusted EBITDA of $67.7 million, up 16.4%. Net loss widened to $71.8 million from $56.1 million a year earlier.

2. Segment Performance

Experiential Services led growth with revenue up 22.8% to $385.5 million and EBITDA rising 116.1% to $26.1 million. Retailer Services revenues grew 4.2% to $227.1 million with EBITDA up 14.4%, while Branded Services revenue declined 11.3% to $257.0 million and EBITDA fell 25.3%.

3. Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

The company ended the quarter with $144 million in cash after repaying $131 million of debt, reducing gross debt to $1.592 billion and achieving a net leverage ratio of 4.2x. Adjusted unlevered free cash flow reached $74.4 million, or 109.8% of EBITDA.

4. 2026 Guidance

Management reaffirmed full-year 2026 outlook for flat to low single-digit revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA flat to down mid single digits, unlevered free cash flow of $250–$275 million, and net interest expense of $160–$170 million.
