AEHRAEHR

Aehr Test Systems secured a $41 million follow-on order for its Sonoma high-power package-level burn-in systems and consumables from its lead hyperscale AI customer, the largest order in company history. This brings second-half bookings to over $92 million, with deliveries beginning in fiscal 2027 and a strong next-gen AI pipeline.

1. Record Production Order

Aehr Test Systems received a record $41 million follow-on production order from its lead hyperscale AI customer for Sonoma high-power package-level burn-in systems, turnkey burn-in modules and device-specific sockets, supporting high-volume burn-in of AI processor ASICs. Deliveries will commence in fiscal 2027, beginning June 27, 2026.

2. Second-Half Booking Milestone

This order pushed Aehr’s second-half bookings to over $92 million with six weeks remaining in the fiscal fourth quarter, surpassing the prior guidance range of $60 million to $80 million and reflecting continued customer ramp of current-generation AI devices.

3. Capacity and Facility Expansion

To support increased demand, Aehr expanded its Fremont, California facility with enhanced power, cooling infrastructure and clean-room space, and upgraded its contract manufacturing site to ship more than 20 additional Sonoma systems per month.

4. Next-Generation AI ASIC Pipeline

The lead customer has placed an initial order for multiple Sonoma systems to support production of next-generation, higher-power AI accelerator ASICs expected later this year, and Aehr anticipates further substantial demand increases across AI processors, silicon photonics and power semiconductor burn-in markets.
