During the quarter Aehr secured production WLBI orders from its lead AI processor customer and multiple FOX-XP WLBI and silicon photonics burn-in system orders for hyperscale data center optical interconnect applications, underscoring accelerating demand for mission-critical AI and photonics devices.

4. Raised Second-Half Bookings Guidance

Based on strong follow-on orders, the company now expects fiscal second-half bookings to reach the high end of its $60 million to $80 million target range, reflecting confidence in sustained demand for both wafer-level and package-level burn-in solutions.
