AeroVironment Secures $500M IDIQ and $80.5M Titan Contract
AVAV•AeroVironment won a three-year, $500 million IDIQ to supply C-UAS and C-sUAS capabilities for JIATF-401’s Domestic Shield Program and secured an $80.5 million Titan™ order for multi-sensor, EO/IR and radar systems. The awards follow shipment of 118 Titan 4 and 400 Titan-SV units this quarter.
1. IDIQ Contract Award
AeroVironment received a three-year, $500 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract from Joint Interagency Task Force 401 to supply counter-UAS and counter-sUAS systems under the Domestic Shield Program. This sole-source award positions AV to deliver layered air defense solutions for Department of War installations nationwide.
2. $80.5 Million Titan Purchase Order
Under the newly awarded IDIQ, AV secured an $80.5 million purchase order for its Titan™ family, including Titan-MS multi-sensor systems, Titan 4 units, electro-optical/infrared camera payloads and C-UAS radar. These systems will enhance the Air Force Global Strike Command’s base defense against small unmanned aircraft threats.
3. Titan Family Deployment and Growth
During the quarter, AV shipped 118 Titan 4 and 400 Titan-SV systems across 17 countries, marking significant market adoption of its C-UAS solutions. Ongoing federal policy initiatives are accelerating demand for Titan’s AI-driven counter-drone capabilities.
