AES extends Citibank revolving credit facility maturity to August 2028

AES amends revolving credit facilities

AES amended two revolving credit facilities with lender groups led by Citibank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking.

The Citi Credit Agreement maturity moved to Aug. 23, 2028 from Aug. 23, 2027.
The SMBC Credit Agreement maturity is set to extend to Dec. 6, 2027 from Dec. 6, 2026, subject to closing conditions.
All other terms of both credit agreements remain unchanged.
