Q2 revenue and loss update

AEye posted Q2 2026 revenue of $202,000, more than doubled from the prior quarter and up about nine-fold year-over-year.

GAAP net loss widened to $10 million, or $0.22 per share.

Cash consumption totaled $7.5 million; cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities were $71.5 million at June 30, 2026.

Commercial activity and outlook

Commercial activity hit a record, with 25 customers taking revenue-generating shipments; engagements rose over 25% quarter-over-quarter, and quotes climbed about 40%.

AEye reaffirmed its 2026 cash consumption outlook of $30 million to $35 million. The company also highlighted Apollo validation on NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor and a new Alive3D sports analytics deal.
