1. Five-year capacity agreement
AGCC Singapore signed a long-term agreement with a Singapore-based provider for AI computing capacity in Indonesia. Each capacity batch has a five-year term from delivery and acceptance; full deployment would entail approximately $300 million to $400 million in charges, excluding taxes, infrastructure and operating costs. Some capacity requires subsequent confirmation.
2. Payment terms
Advance payments have an aggregate ceiling of $150 million to $160 million and will be credited against monthly charges over 60 months. Payments for accepted capacity are due regardless of customer utilization, and early termination may require substantial compensation.
