Agilent names Dow Wilson board chair after Koh Boon Hwee retires

Glenn Boehnlein joined the board effective Sept. 4, 2026; he was Stryker CFO from 2016 until retiring in 2025.
Boehnlein previously held senior finance roles at Stryker, was CFO of MyPrimeTime, and was a partner at Arthur Andersen.

Agilent board chair Koh Boon Hwee retired effective Sept. 4, 2026, ending more than two decades as a director.
Director Dow R. Wilson was elected board chair effective Sept. 4, 2026; he has served on the board since 2018.
