Agilon health expands partnership with Jackson Clinic through Senior Health Connect ACO
AGL•Agilon health expanded its partnership with The Jackson Clinic through the Senior Health Connect ACO in Tennessee. The clinic expects to add about 9,000 Traditional Medicare beneficiaries to the model, alongside about 8,000 senior patients in its existing Medicare Advantage program with agilon.
1. Partnership expansion
The Jackson Clinic expects to add about 9,000 Traditional Medicare beneficiaries through the Medicare Shared Savings Program accountable care model. Its existing full-risk Medicare Advantage program with agilon supports about 8,000 senior patients and launched in 2022. Agilon’s ACOs have generated more than $510 million in gross savings since 2021, including $125 million for Medicare; in 2024, they posted a 96% average quality score, with four achieving perfect scores.
