agilon health expands Springfield Clinic partnership through Senior Health Connect ACO

agilon health expanded its partnership with Springfield Clinic to add the Illinois provider to its Senior Health Connect ACO.
The move is expected to bring about 21,000 Traditional Medicare beneficiaries into the MSSP accountable care model.
Springfield Clinic already partners with agilon under a 2024 long-term deal covering about 18,000 Medicare Advantage patients in a full-risk model.
ACO performance metrics
agilon said its ACOs have generated more than $510 million in gross savings since 2021, including $125 million for Medicare.
In 2024, its ACOs posted an average quality score of 96%.
