Gross profit reached $23.9 million with a 63.4% margin, down from 68.0% due to a higher mix of sub-scale conversational AI products. Operating loss narrowed to $1.6 million as total operating expenses held steady at $26.4 million, with R&D spending up 2.9% and sales and marketing costs down 4.8%.

The company launched Agent Studio, a no-code platform enabling rapid build-out of voice AI agents with templates for customer service and outbound marketing.
