AH Realty Trust brings Harbor Point office portfolio to 98% leased
AHRT•AH Realty Trust completed approximately 23,000 square feet of leasing at Harbor Point in Baltimore, bringing its office portfolio to 98% leased.
1. Harbor Point leasing
The activity included four new leases, one tenant expansion and one renewal. Cole Schotz will expand by approximately 2,000 square feet to nearly 9,000 square feet at Wills Wharf in mid-2027; Zuckerman Spaeder leased its former nearly 7,000-square-foot space for mid-2027 occupancy, and RBC Royal Bank renewed more than 7,000 square feet.
