Airjoule posted a Q2 net loss of USD 8.53 million, swinging from net income of USD 2.51 million a year earlier.
Operating loss narrowed to USD 4.11 million from USD 4.16 million, while total other expense widened to USD 7.34 million from other income of USD 5.12 million.
Equity loss from its AirJoule, LLC investment rose 20.16% to USD 2.51 million, on impairment to in-process R&D at AirJoule, LLC.
Airjoule reported no revenue for the first half; working capital was USD 41 million with USD 41.4 million in cash at June 30.
It raised about USD 35.8 million net in H1 stock offerings, contributing USD 12.5 million to the GE Vernova joint venture.
