Alarum faces Israel class action seeking up to NIS 120 million over proxy business disclosures
ALAR•Israel court actions tied to proxy business disclosures
Alarum faces two Israel court actions tied to disclosures about its residential proxy business, including a proposed securities class action seeking up to NIS 120 million.
Class-action motion filed by Hadar Shamai targets Alarum, its CEO and its CFO; it alleges misleading statements, omitted risk disclosures and U.S. securities-law violations.
The proposed class covers buyers from March 29, 2022 to July 2, 2026 who held shares as of July 2, 2026. The plaintiff argues Israel is the proper forum.
Separate derivative-related motion and company response
A separate motion by Gad Libman seeks court-ordered access to documents to assess a potential derivative claim. A hearing is set for Dec. 15, 2026.
The company said it is reviewing both matters with counsel and plans to contest the claims.
