Margins improve and management highlights AI integration
Title Insurance and Services pretax margin widened 3.1 percentage points to 15.7% as segment investment income rose 11% to $164 million.
Commercial revenue increased 34% to $314.1 million; Home Warranty pretax margin improved 1.1 percentage points to 21.3%.
CEO Mark Seaton said the company is integrating AI into workflows to boost employee effectiveness, customer experience, and operating performance.
