National Storage Affiliates Trust repaid all outstanding borrowings, liabilities, and other obligations under several credit agreements tied to its merger closing.
The company terminated the facilities, including a third amended and restated credit agreement dated Jan. 3, 2023. Other terminated facilities included credit agreements dated June 24, 2022 and April 24, 2019.
No material early termination penalties were incurred.
