1. Plan targets growth
Alaska Air Group shifted Alaska Accelerate into an activation phase, targeting $1 billion in incremental profit by 2027. The plan prioritizes premium products, global connectivity, loyalty expansion, cargo growth, network breadth and investment in Hawaiʻi, with at least 15 intercontinental destinations from Seattle by 2030 and long-haul capacity rising to about 15%.
2. Products and cargo
Premium initiatives include new flagship experiences for Alaska and Hawaiian, a Premium Reserve cabin, new lounges and fleetwide upgrades. The company also targets $750 million in cargo revenue by 2030, supported by wider network connectivity and added international belly capacity.
