Vertical Data holds annual shareholder meeting
VDTA•Vertical Data held its 2026 annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 17, where shareholders adopted amended bylaws and an amendment to the articles of incorporation, ratified Simon & Edward as auditor, and approved an adjournment proposal that was not needed.
1. Meeting proposals approved
Shareholders adopted amended and restated bylaws, effective immediately, and an amendment to the articles of incorporation, which became effective Sept. 24 upon filing. They ratified Simon & Edward as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2026, and approved a proposal authorizing adjournment for additional proxy solicitation; no adjournment was required.
