Alaska Silver names Aaron Schutt CEO, succeeding Kit Marrs

Alaska Silver named Aaron Schutt CEO effective Oct. 1, 2026, replacing Kit Marrs, who moved to executive chairman.

Schutt joined Alaska Silver’s board in May 2026 and previously served as president and CEO of Doyon Limited until June 1, 2026. Marrs stepped down as CEO and became executive chairman, retaining a board leadership role.
