Alexander’s Q2 FY26 net income more than doubled to $155.36 million; revenue rises 6.05% to $54.71 million

- Rental revenues rose 6.05% to $54.71 million, while funds from operations (non-GAAP) increased to $15.54 million, or $3.02 per diluted share.
- Commercial occupancy stood at 94.6% and residential occupancy at 97.4% as of June 30, 2026.
- The company entered a lease modification with a 135,000-square-foot Rego Park tenant that could trigger an August 2026 early termination payment of about $29 million; it also signed a 15-year lease with Target for the space.
