Companies must rectify practices and suspend new cake shop listings for between three and nine months, while legal representatives face additional 19.69m yuan penalties.

2. Counterfeit Mounjaro Materials Sourcing

Indian drug regulators seized over 500 suspected fake Mounjaro pens and identified raw materials sourced from vendors on Alibaba’s platform. The incident underscores compliance and reputational risks as authorities scrutinize cross-border e-commerce transactions.
