Alibaba has lost five major US lobbying firms, including Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Mercury Public Affairs and MO Strategies, following its addition to the Pentagon's 1260H blacklist. The expanded list now covers 188 companies and bars lobbyists from representing Pentagon contractors, escalating compliance and political challenges as new contracting restrictions take effect.
