Alibaba published research showing that 96% of surveyed Italian SMEs see agentic AI as important for business in 2026. Among respondents, 74% expect their company to adopt agentic AI tools within 12 months, and 87% plan to deepen their knowledge. Top expected uses include customs and import compliance (23%), supplier price comparisons (22%) and administrative-finance processes (21%).
