Alkami tied its Digital Banking Platform to MANTL account-opening technology at Quontic Bank to create a single onboarding-to-digital-banking customer flow.
Within three months, Quontic lifted account opening-to-digital registration from about 53% to the mid-70% range.
Early engagement and automation metrics improve
Quontic also doubled post-account-opening service requests, signaling higher early engagement and deeper use of the bank’s digital servicing tools.
The integration builds on Quontic’s existing use of both platforms, including about $800 million in deposits raised and about 94% of application decisions automated.
