All In FutureTech Alliance announces virtual annual shareholder meeting

All In FutureTech Alliance will hold its 2026 annual stockholder meeting online on August 4, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing six directors across three classes, with terms running to the 2027, 2028, and 2029 annual meetings.
Investors will also vote on increasing the 2019 equity incentive plan share pool to 1,911,281 shares.
A separate proposal seeks approval to issue 707,730 common shares to President Yangyang Li under a reimbursement agreement.
Another item seeks ratification of ZH CPA as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
