AGAEAGAE

Allied Gaming & Entertainment’s board approved rebranding to AI & FutureTech Alliance Limited with a Nasdaq ticker change to AIFA, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. The company plans a 26,667 sqm silicon photonics AI supercomputing center in Hainan’s Qingshui Bay, targeting PUE of 1.08–1.10 with immersion cooling and co-packaged optics.

1. Corporate Rebranding Proposal

The board of Allied Gaming & Entertainment approved a proposal to change the corporate name to AI & FutureTech Alliance Limited and update its Nasdaq ticker to AIFA. This transformation reflects a shift from gaming and entertainment to a global AI infrastructure platform, subject to shareholder vote and regulatory filings.

2. Hainan Supercomputing Center Plan

The company has secured 13,089 sqm of land in Qingshui Bay, Hainan Free Trade Port, and is acquiring an additional 13,578 sqm for a total of 26,667 sqm. The site’s direct links to multiple international submarine cables position it as a key cross-border data gateway for AI compute services.

3. Project Architecture and Services

The AIFA Silicon Photonics AI Supercomputing Center will offer five core services: high-performance compute leasing, advanced all-optical storage, AI token output, cross-border compute orchestration, and lifecycle value-added services. It leverages co-packaged optics and immersion cooling to achieve a target PUE of 1.08–1.10 and rack densities above 400 kW.

4. Financing and Next Steps

Development hinges on securing external financing—potentially via convertible notes—and completing regulatory approvals and land arrangements. Further updates on shareholder meeting outcomes, financing milestones, and construction timelines will be disclosed as the project progresses.
