Allison Transmission Q2 FY26 net income falls 7% to $181 million; net sales more than doubled to $1.57 billion

Allison Transmission posted Q2 net sales of $1.57 billion, more than doubled from a year earlier, while GAAP net income fell 7% to $181 million.
GAAP diluted EPS slipped 6% to $2.15; adjusted diluted EPS rose 8% to $2.73.
Adjusted EBITDA climbed 29% to $404 million, with margin narrowing 12.7 percentage points to 25.8%.
Segment performance and guidance
Allison Transmission segment net sales rose 6% to a record $860 million; Off-Highway contributed $706 million following the Jan. 1 acquisition.
Full-year guidance was raised, with net sales seen at $5.8 billion-$6 billion and adjusted EBITDA at $1.47 billion-$1.58 billion.
