HNIHNI

HNI subsidiary Allsteel launched a redesigned 5-zone Boston showroom at 200 State Street featuring human-centric, adaptable workspaces integrating technology, inclusive design and sustainable materials. The experiential center aims to showcase flexible office environments, support digital equity and strengthen client engagement through tours and live events.

1. Boston Showroom Launch

Allsteel, part of HNI Corporation, opened its redesigned Boston showroom at 200 State Street, 4th Floor to serve as a living showcase for modern workplace environments. The launch underscores HNI’s investment in experiential marketing and regional presence in a key commercial district.

2. Adaptive Human-Centric Design

The showroom is organized into five distinct zones—Welcome Experience, Social Collaborative, All-Day Café, User Choice & Variety, and Dedicated Focus Spaces—each modeled on different work behaviors. These adaptable areas demonstrate how companies can reconfigure spaces for remote, collaborative and individual work throughout the day.

3. Inclusive Technology and Sustainability Focus

Design elements integrate digital connectivity, acoustical planning and equitable layouts to support hybrid participation and user choice. Sustainable materials and a kit-of-parts planning approach highlight HNI’s commitment to circular design and responsible sourcing.

4. Experiential Engagement and Marketing

The space functions as an interactive resource offering ongoing tours, events and workshop opportunities for clients, dealers and design partners. This hands-on engagement aims to deepen relationships, gather feedback on workplace needs and drive specification of Allsteel products in future projects.
