Alnylam to present five-year HELIOS-B data on Amvuttra at AHA 2026
ALNY•Alnylam Pharmaceuticals will present five-year HELIOS-B results for Amvuttra in ATTR cardiomyopathy at the AHA Scientific Sessions on Nov. 6-9, 2026. The company also plans to present analyses on exercise capacity, quality of life and real-world treatment patterns.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals will present five-year HELIOS-B results for Amvuttra in ATTR cardiomyopathy at the AHA Scientific Sessions, scheduled for Nov. 6-9, 2026. An additional analysis will show Amvuttra preserved exercise capacity and cardiopulmonary performance over two years compared with placebo.
2. Additional analyses
At ISA, scheduled for Nov. 15-18, a HELIOS-B analysis will show improved neuropathy-related quality of life versus placebo among patients with ATTR cardiomyopathy. Real-world data will show greater heart failure prevalence and comorbidity burden among second-line Amvuttra patients, supporting earlier treatment.
