Advanced Computing strength in AI and servers offset PC softness tied to higher memory costs; Communications also helped results.
Computing made up 49.8% of revenue; Advanced Computing rose 35% sequentially, reaching 31% of the segment.
Non-GAAP gross margin improved to 23.7% from 21.7% sequentially on better mix and higher utilization.
