Under the deal, Alphabet will supply scalable API access to Gemini 3, which independent benchmarks rank as the leading model for reasoning and contextual understanding. While financial terms have not been disclosed, industry estimates suggest Apple could pay Google well over $1 billion annually for compute and licensing fees.
