Alumis says envudeucitinib improves psoriasis symptoms in Phase 3 data

Alumis said Phase 3 ONWARD3 data showed envudeucitinib improved psoriasis burden across scalp, itch and quality-of-life measures. At week 48, 54% of patients had complete skin clearance, and more than 80% maintained clear or almost clear scalp skin.
2. Planned submission
Alumis plans to submit a new drug application for envudeucitinib in the fourth quarter of 2026.
